Shayne officially joined our team on January 27, 2025, and we're excited about the fresh energy and local insight he's bringing to the diner.

As the new Manager of 5S Diner! A lifelong Fort Plain resident—born, raised, and still calling it home—Shayne is a familiar face to many in our community.

With over 15 years of experience in food service and retail management, he has held key leadership roles at Stewart's Shops, Dollar General, and Ollie's Bargain Outlet, where he's honed his skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations.
